After moving to Spain, she began her professional journey in sales while doing internships. María became an expert in what really matters: understanding customers’ needs. This allows her to offer solutions that truly add value and build lasting trust.

What is Maria Montiel’s day-to-day life like at Clovr Labs?

Maria Montiel’s day at Clovr Labs begins with a good cup of coffee. After a daily meeting with her team to coordinate strategies, Maria dives into her role as Sales Development Representative. Her main task is to follow up with leads interested in ElenPAY, our Bitcoin payment solution. She ensures that the sales process moves forward smoothly.

“Maintaining good communication with prospects is key. Success is not only in closing deals, but in accompanying the customer throughout the process,” explains Maria.

She also manages the CRM to ensure that all data is up-to-date and organized, which facilitates the team’s strategic decisions. During the months when conferences are held, Maria organizes meetings with prospects and collaborates on other tasks that go beyond her sales role.
