🧑‍🚀 What is our methodology?

We rethink everything, the way we organise meetings, we work without time control, without hierarchy in decision making, without reporting lines, without an office, without job titles, without KPI´s /OKR´s.

👩‍🚀 What is the cost of doing this?

We won’t lie to you, it’s a big challenge… but it’s worth a try.

We also work in constant change, if something doesn’t work we redesign it, we discuss it with the team and we take decisions to change what doesn’t work, we are not tied to any technology, we try it until it stops working, if it doesn’t work 👋 bye bye! we move on to another one without wasting our time.

This is where the possibilities of being able to navigate and embrace uncertainty come into play, encouraging learning at every moment, making an opportunity out of every crisis.

Tamara González, Jr. Full Stack Developer at Clovr Labs, leaves us some reflections on her own experience.

She explains it as follows…
